| Our Story Esan has been selling gold, diamonds and other jewelry for more than 35 years. In 1974, Esan left a career teaching college-level geology to start his first jewelry business. He went on to run a number of wholesale jewelry businesses in Dallas, Orlando and Atlanta before launching Turn it to Cash. He was supposed to retire when he and his wife moved out to Phoenix. A man with such passion was never one to retire easily. He is on a mission to help people earn the most from the sale of unwanted jewelry. When you talk to Esan, you will hear his passion for this business in his voice. He will passionately describe each step of the process and educate you on how to get the most for your jewelry. When he is not working (which is rare), he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren. Our Values Over the past thirty years, we have developed

Requirements For Use: Every customer must be at least eighteen (18) years of age in order to conduct business with Turn It To Cash. You must be the actual legal owner of any and all gold, jewelry and other property sold or attempted to be sold to Turn It To Cash and acting on your own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person. Turn It To Cash reserves the right to request additional documentation or other proof of compliance with these requirements. Guarantee Against Loss In Mailing: Turn It To Cash will guarantee against loss of the total contents properly shipped to Turn It To Cash in accordance with the instructions and procedures established by Turn It To Cash and subject to the terms and conditions displayed at TurnItToCash.com. If the total value of your items is greater than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, we recommend you insure your package for more at your own expense and send it in with the carrier of your choice. Turn It To Cash’s liability under such loss guarantee or otherwise will be limited to one-third (1/3) of the value of the lost contents or One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, whichever is less. In addition, if you do not provide Turn It To Cash with an original sales slip or appraisal (issued prior to the shipment to Turn It To Cash) for the lost contents, the value of your contents will be liquidation value, and Turn It To Cash’s liability will be limited to Thirty ($30.00) Dollars. If you do provide an original sales slip or such appraisal, the value or your contents will be based on such sales slip or appraisal, and Turn It To Cash’s liability will be limited to One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars as set forth herein above. Turn It To Cash reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject delivery of any mail, envelope or package which appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with and any such mail, envelope or package will be returned by the post office to the customer. Turn It To Cash shall have no liability to any customer for any such attempted delivery or return of any such items. You expressly acknowledge and agree that if you do not provide a sales slip or appraisal that was issued prior to the contents being submitted to Turn It To Cash, then Turn It To Cash’s determination of value shall be conclusive and binding. Limitation Of Liability: This limitation of liability shall be binding on each and every customer and any third party, including, but not limited to, the customer and the customer’s successors, assigns, insurance carriers and any other individual or entity asserting any right or claim relating to customer’s transaction with Turn It To Cash. In no event shall Turn It To Cash be liable
to any third party, including any insurance carrier. Turn It To
Cash shall not be liable for any subrogation claim brought by customer’s
insurance carrier, and, by submitting an item to Turn It To Cash,
customer expressly and specifically waives any such subrogation
claim on his or her behalf as well as on the behalf of his or her
insurance carrier. By submitting the item, customer explicitly and expressly accepts this limitation of liability. Payment and Return In Mailing: After receipt and estimation of your Item(s), Turn It To Cash will communicate the offer to you. Upon your acceptance of the oral or written, of such quote, payment will be issued by Turn It To Cash within twenty four (24) hours which constitutes Turn It To Cash's payment for the purchase of your Item(s). In advance of Turn It To Cash's issuing a check, you will receive an email and/or telephone quote for your Item(s). Upon your acceptance, oral or written, of such quote, you will be legally bound by such transaction, payment by check will be issued promptly by Turn It To Cash , and you will not have the opportunity to return your check and receive your items back from Turn It To Cash. Conversations and negotiations may, at the discretion of Lippincott, be monitored and/or recorded. If you do not wish to keep Turn It To Cash's check and would like your items back, you must contact Turn It To Cash at 1-800-527-5079 to provide notice of your return request to a customer service representative within ten (10) days of the date on the check. Even if you call, you must also return the check to the address indicated on the top left portion of the check. If Turn It To Cash receives your phone call within such ten (10) day period, and receives your check within ten (10) days of the call, Turn It To Cash will return your Item(s), without charge to you, within fifteen (15) business days. Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims: After receipt and estimation of your Item(s), Turn It To Cash will communicate the offer to you. Upon your acceptance of the oral or written, of such quote, payment will be issued by Turn It To Cash within twenty four (24) hours which constitutes Turn It To Cash's payment for the purchase of your Item(s). These terms and conditions, and all Turn It To Cash transactions, will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Turn It To Cash’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision. If any of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
